As a resident, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the office staff—Geraldyn, Dexy, and David—for their professionalism, organization, and constant willingness to assist. They are always attentive, responsive, and helpful whenever I have questions or need support. I would also like to recognize the maintenance team, José and Luis, for their efficiency, reliability, and prompt attention to maintenance requests. Their hard work and dedication help maintain a safe and comfortable living environment. Thank you all for your commitment and excellent service. It is truly appreciated as a resident to have such a supportive and dependable team.

So far so good here! I moved in yesterday, So I can’t report to much, But I definitely will update anything with my stay here! Thank you Gabby and the front desk ladies for the help and positive support!

Gabriella is an amazing property manager! She picks up the phone when you need her too and is accommodating. If you call in and have the oppurtunity to speak with her, consider yourself lucky!!

Updating the comment Don't move here, they forced me to stay 60 days month by month and with additional charges that were not from my apartment, I complained about other charges and they told me that they would solve later they did NOTHING. I moved and it was worse if a deposit at the time of moving of $200 which is signed in the contract and they are charging me $214 more because my deposit does not exist even if I have the contract signed, as if that were not enough the new secretariat is as bad as the new administration, it only knows how to say I can't do and you have to pay. I'll have to complain where they really solve because here they only want to get money from you. I have proof of this. Living there was hell, the chiripas abound and don't solve anything. They just want to charg

So far so good! I have a few weeks living here. Apartment was clean, painted and reconditioned. Great appliances. Just minor details that need to be taken care of by maintenance but good job on management despite previous bad reviews. Gaby at the leasing office is super helpful and knowledgeable. Lease pricing is good as well.
