I am so impressed and pleased with the improvements in every aspect of living here. From a very sketchy (failed promises) start to the wonderful home we now have, the turnaround has been exciting to be a part of, and to get to benefit from. Brian is an amazing asset. His hard work both outside and inside are such a benefit for all those living here. So kudos to everyone associated here, in getting this turned in a direction that everyone can be proud to call home. Thanks, very grateful.

I love living in this apartment community, it has been a great experience. Brian has been an amazing help throughout our time living here, as well as the team does an amazing job, when there is a problem they are quick to try and resolve it, they communicate very well to let us know when something is going on in the community, which is very nice and in all the charlie is an amazing place to live!!

I just want to let you all know what a wonderful manager Brian is. He personally tracks and takes such great care of the residence needs. I had a problem with my shower head and he made sure that it was taken care of. He even went down and got my new shower head so that it could be up and running when I got home from work. I have some problems and he was so kind to help me like that. I have not ever had a manager do anything like this before. He really cares about each and every person that is living in These apartments here at the Charlie Place You couldn't find a nicer place to live. Thank you so much!
