Concord completed our dream home this November 2025. The staff was great to work with. No construction project goes perfectly and Concord worked with us to correct any issues with a fair resolution. The project was completed on time and on budget. Concord is a custom builder and they don't take the cookie cutter short cuts you'll find with national builders. We picked our home from one of their plans however we were able to make modifications to design to make it our perfect home.

We began the pre construction phase with Concord Homes in November, and from day one they have been beside us every step of the way. They helped redesign our plans, walked us through options we didn’t even know we had, and even connected us with a loan specialist who could meet our unique needs. Jeff, the owner, has truly treated us like family. He made it a priority to ensure his entire team understood our vision and expectations and worked hard to get us to where we are today.
