I’ve had a great experience living here! The maintenance team is always quick to respond and very professional. Any time I’ve submitted a request, it’s been handled promptly and done right the first time. The neighborhood is peaceful, clean, and well-maintained. I feel safe walking around, and the community atmosphere is welcoming. The grounds are kept tidy, and it’s clear that management truly cares about the residents. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community!

Moved my dad here a few years ago and everything has been great! Maintenance requests are answered promptly and all work is satisfactory! He has some caring neighbors and they are very friendly to me when I visit. The office staff are all very friendly and helpful the few times I have communicated with the office. Overall I am glad I chose this community for my dad!

I have lived at The Charleston since Dec 2023. I have gotten to know office staff, Joanna and Jakki ,office managers very well. Both of these ladies are very proficient and professional. They work hard and play hard(when time allows). The office managers do many activities for residents but I'm especially thankful they remember the children in activities. I personally am 66 but read special events geared toward youth. Office managers are quick to get appropriate persons if anything needs attending for example recent snow hired professionals to plow parking lots. We have regular service of lawn care. I'm very fond of 2 maintenance...Roberto Maintenance supervisor and Alfredo. These 2 young men are very prompt fixing minor request and major request. There is a ATM in parking lot of

I have been living in this apartment for almost two years, and overall my experience has been very positive. The community is quiet, clean, and well maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and always willing to help when there is any issue. I also appreciate the convenient location, which makes daily life much easier. I feel comfortable and safe here, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good and peaceful living environment.
