The Champion at Bluegrass

This is hands down the worst living experience I’ve ever had. I strongly advise against moving into this property. Since day one, it’s been a frustrating mess. The broken window in my bedroom went unrepaired for months despite multiple maintenance requests. The parking lot is poorly lit, and there’s a large dumpster surrounded by trash sitting right next to where I park—supposedly “temporary,” but it’s never been moved. There’s no secure place for packages, so I’ve had multiple deliveries stolen. People constantly loiter in the hallways, making it feel unsafe. Worst of all, maintenance entered my apartment with no notice—a total violation of my privacy. Do NOT move here unless you want to overpay for stress, trash, and complete mismanagement. DO NOT MOVE HERE. EVER. This place is a complete scam. There is no such thing as a renovated unit. Every apartment looks exactly the same. They slap the word renovated on it just to charge more money and it is a flat out lie. The hallways are disgusting. The carpet smells horrible and is literally black from years of filth, dog mess, and neglect. Management is beyond unprofessional. Nobody is ever in the office. Phones go unanswered and emails are ignored. They do not care once they have your money. Maintenance is slow, unreliable, and useless. Problems either take forever to get addressed or never get fixed at all. They hand out access codes to maintenance and pet control workers, giving random people access to tenants’ homes whether you are there or not. That is dangerous and complet

DO NOT RENT HERE ROACH INFESTED whatever you do do not rent here I was never even able to move my belongings in and my lease started the 7th but am now terminating. I’m coming from Colorado just to be entirely displaced as my lease started yet it was never move in ready. From start to finish they’ve been slimy first moving my unit twice before arriving making me entirely resign the lease then got here to find what would appear as a beautiful apartment but was entirely roach infested, dirty, and even had left over flooring and work material left etc they picked up the flooring but just gave me a $50 credit to “clean it myself” which despite numerous attempts out of desperation more and more were coming back. Rosa Maria this young lady at the Bluegrass Champions from the fist time I walked in has been so tremendous ,very professional ,showing concern for a resident fir the Bluegrass Champions. Her knowledge willing to show human kindness to a unknown person as myself. Thank you for helping us with out move in.

Tried moving in today and this is what they gave me, and then I went to tell her about the issue and she had an attitude and said it’s our fault because we didn’t let the cleaners come but the apartment not being cleaned was not the issue she told us the cleaners didn’t make it in time she never said it would be dead roaches and bed bugs laying around the place but but our major concern was the unfinished furniture, vents and walls that clearly indicates that someone had been smoking in the rooms the hall way walking into the apartment building was disgusting and had an odor the flooring was uneven from the baseboard it was black mold in the guest bathroom in cracks of the tub the bathroom sink was even uneven on the wall, the first interaction was not bad the tour was great and the model
