The Century

Great experience so far! Our maintenance crew, Shwe in particular, is really prompt and helpful!!

We had a wonderful experience with the leasing manager a few weeks ago named Chris. He took a great deal of time to answer all of our questions and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable throughout the process. Even though we ended up not leasing due to my granddaughter’s job being relocated and we had to cancel our application, Chris went above and beyond to assist us. He welcomed us as a walk-in without hesitation and made us feel truly cared for. His professionalism and kindness made a lasting impression—highly recommend working with him!

I lived at the Century while transitioning back into DC and I absolutely loved it. I stayed in a furnished studio on the fourth floor and it was perfect for me. The view from the penthouse roof is spectacular, as are both the indoor and outdoor community rooms. The Century is newly renovated and the appliances and flooring are top notch. The location is fantastic - surrounded by embassies, close to Malcolm X Park and just a few blocks from Adams Morgan. I loved my life while at the Century and you probably will too. The cherry on the top was the leasing maven Recita, who was always kind, generous with her time and went above and beyond to sort whatever situation I sought her out for. If you’re on the fence about renting here, think no more, just do it!
