DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE!!!!!! Major unresolved security issue — management is aware My vehicle was broken into inside the apartment garage and approximately $3,000 worth of property was stolen. This was not an isolated incident. According to the police case officer, the garage has experienced ongoing vehicle break-ins affecting multiple cars, occurring repeatedly. Management has been made aware of this pattern for an extended period of time. The garage only has cameras at the entrance and exit on the first floor, with no camera coverage on the residential parking levels, where these thefts are occurring. Law enforcement has recommended additional security measures, including expanded camera coverage, yet no changes have been implemented. Because this issue remains unresolved, I no longer

It's not bad to live in, decent amenities, but many problems. Consider this before you live here. -Constant Smell of weed -Management is slow to fix issues (i.e. they haven't fixed multiple broken windows in common areas like stairways). -Everything is so expensive. If they were managed will, it would almost make sense. But, they charge astronomical prices compared to what you get. Their apartments are not worth the upcharge. To get a 6-month lease, it costs 300 extra a month and an extra 100 dollars to start your lease "early" (7 days earlier, to the start of the month). They have literal biblical greed, it's insane.

DO NOT LIVE HERE‼️‼️ Management is horrible! For the past two months someone has been breaking into the parking garage and breaking car windows and stealing items from vehicles. I have seen multiple cars getting broken into and vehicles also getting STOLEN!!!! and nothing has happened. They do not have any cameras besides on the first floor of the parking garage. They say they are trying their best to stop this but yet do nothing. I just seen a review from 2 years ago about a similar incident and this is still going on two years later!!!! Second complaint‼️ Maintenance is horrible!! Bird poop is all over the balcony’s and do not keep clean at all! They will come and bang on your door like they are the FBI!!!!

The center suites has been my favorite place to live at in Lubbock! The apartments are spacious and so close to everything I need, especially school. The two buildings offer a lot of amenities that were always kept clean. The front office staff is so welcoming. I really appreciate will, every time I walk into the office he is so friendly and knowledgeable when answering my questions. He always takes the time to help me with my payments and maintenance orders. Overall I’ve had a good experience and plan to stay here till graduation:)

Horrible management. No maintence. Utterly filthy. Downward spiral. This place is the equivalent to a Section 8 apartment except it is close to campus. Management is NEVER in the office don’t even bother going to the 2400 office and if you go to the other office the ones actually there can’t do anything to help you so it’s pointless. The place has been FILTHY since June/July seems as if they haven’t cleaned a hall since then. When new residents were moving in trash was piled so high that I actually hit a bag of trash with my car because it was left there over flowing for at least 2 weeks. The fire alarms have gotten better but that’s not even main issue with this place. They don’t care about the pool, halls or outside of the building it’s so disgusting sometimes the garages smell so bad
