The manager here at The Centre Apartments is the most professional respectful caring person that I had met in my life. She is always so kind and she always wants to may sure that you are happy living here. She makes you feel like home. She always has that positive personality that she makes you feel free to speak to her about any issues. She is so professional. And also the rest of her staff is amazing. They all have that great personality and they always always have a very positive attitude. They all make a beautiful team together. So the property manager (Amanda) is so awesome, professional, and always is there when you need her. And vanessa is so nice and professional and helpful. And the maintenance team are such great workers! My overall experience living here has been amazing and I definitely recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a good place and community to live at!

when i was looking for an apartment back in june, i paid 'holding fees' at 6-7 different properties. once i decided on a place, i started receiving the refund checks from the other places. i didn't think twice about who/where they came from because why would i think that i needed to? i received a check from the centre apartments in the mail. a check that was written out to ME.. and sent to ME.. at MY home address. shortly after depositing the check, i received an email from the property manager [amanda mcgraugh] saying "it appears that the check was issued in error and was not intended for you". long story short, now i'm in collections for a check i received to hold an apartment that i never even completed the application process for.. because SHE made a mistake & issued a check to the w

I lived here for a year, appreciated the kind staff and neighborhood. The apartment itself had constant maintenance issues. I understand old buildings need extra upkeep, this was above. Maintenance I needed 1-3x per month to address new issues. Answer was often ‘this is so old, parts aren’t made anymore’, which makes me question if any standard process in place. I had to request lead testing on two separate occasions of wall damage, due to the original layer exposed. Emergency maintenance is slow to respond, often requiring multiple follow up’s for help. This is deeper operational issues. On site and maintenance are courteous and helpful. In terms of worth your cost, if you compare to others in the same price range it lands mid to upper range of location and quality. Not the worst but

The apartment manager is so helpful and she goes above and beyond to help her tenants. She gave me a free carpet cleaning and its a great community to live in. I highly recommend you stop by the centre. They have so much to offer their tenants. Great apartment complex for walking your dogs. Thankyou again centre apartment for a great experience!!
