The Cedars Apartments

There is a wonderful woman in the office who showed us a few units at cedars and we couldn’t be more pleased. We hope they pick us as applicants to move in sometime towards spring. But I have a lot to say about the pros about this opening welcoming community; The lady upfront was more than exceptional she was very well dressed mannered and experienced. She answered practically all our questions before we asked! The amenities in the community are wonderful they don’t lie to you and tell you everything upfront. Clean spacious living areas they even offer town homes have a small gym and engage with their community. The fact there is an open pool here makes this place worth it. We look forward to being apart of the community, and had considered moving here years ago!! Thank you Cedars

really nice people live here and maintenance is super helpful, but the people who work in the leasing office are so evil. i came home one day and noticed that my dishes were all scattered on my kitchen counter and i didn’t know if someone broke into my apartment or if maintenance came in, so i called the leasing office to ask if anyone had been in and they were just like “ya im not sure” and were not willing to help. i also didn’t get my full deposit back even though the place was completely clean and way cleaner than it was when i moved in. the roaches will forever give me nightmares, you literally can’t get rid of them and trust i tried everything, you will spend your whole time here in fear that there is a bug lurking around. there are many better places around the same price point, don

I would recommend this place for the location and price. Pros: -Staff are friendly and fairly responsive. -Our deposit was mostly returned other than a small carpet cleaning fee. -Location is central to UNM and most of the city. Cons: -There’s a roach problem. They spray biweekly but our kitchen always had some. -There are a lot of homeless people in the area who rarely enter the complex but often sat on the grass outside my building. -Bathrooms are kinda nasty and were not properly cleaned on move in. -Management sends text messages constantly about the pool being closed/maintenance/anything If you can deal with those things this place is fine. It’s quiet, there’s plenty of parking, and a pretty normal amount of Albuquerque nonsense. Attached photos are some of the problems with the bath

Haley and Desiree are so welcoming, me and my husband had just moved to the state and were looking for a place to start us off. Haley and Desiree did everything that they could to get us there with them. They also work with you on everything. I never had a bad time, rough experience nothing. The apartments are very clean no bugs nothing, the maintenance guys are very thorough and they are there immediately to fix anything that messes up. I honestly didn't want to move from there but because of the market rental prices going up we had to move. Hands down me and my husband had the best experience with Haley Desiree and the cedars that if we needed a place to go I will go back. I recommend the cedars to anyone who needs somewhere to live.

I moved in back in October of 2024, and May I just say, the AMAZING help and guidance the team did! They were openly communicating and letting me know when my apartment would be ready. They let me know about any set backs, and everything in between! Our apartment is amazing and so so cute! I love it! I love the staff and the vibes in the community! If we had any issues maintenance got on it as soon as they were able too! 10/10 recommending this place to everyone I know
