The Carmin

I really enjoy the vibe at The Carmin. First of all, the leasing manager is so amazing and kind. She is a wonderful problem solver and is nonstop at getting the job done. I really enjoy the amenities here as well (golf sim, ski sim, gym, and game room). I’m also so excited for the formula 1 sim that’s coming soon. Overall I highly recommend living here as a student! You will make so many new friends and memories.

Property was absolutely beautiful and well kept. Shout out to the maintenance they do a very good job! Shout out to Tyler and McKenna in the leasing office absolutely sweet! Also shout out to the gentleman I completely forgot his name. Everyone in the leasing office was very kind and informative! Would definitely definitely rent from this apartment complex!

I recently toured The Carmin and had a really good experience. Ava gave me the tour and she was very helpful and welcoming. I actually arrived earlier than my scheduled time, but they still accommodated me and showed me around without any issues, which I really appreciated. I’ve also called them multiple times with questions, and they’ve always answered and been responsive so far. Overall, the experience up to this point has been positive. I’m hoping everything continues to go smoothly when I officially move in

This is my first year living at The Carmin, and it is going great so far! All the staff here are really nice and helpful. And the maintenance team are quickly responsive to any issues. All the amenities offered here are great as well, and they just finished up the pickleball court which has been amazing so far. Just like the other apartments in the area it can be pricey, but proximity to ASU makes it worth it. Shout out to Ava P and Keira!

We went on a tour today and it was done so well. Our tour guide was Ava Castillo and she was amazing! She did such a great job showing us all of the amazing aspects of The Carmin. Overall just a very positive experience.
