The Carillon Apartment Residences

Made an appointment to look at an apartment. They sent multiple texts and emails. Showed up and there was no one. Their phone system was a nightmare and no one answered at the leasing office. No one was there nor did they answer the phone.

Nick was an amazing leasing agent! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he made the entire process of finding and leasing an apartment at The Carillon easy, fun, and stress-free. He is always available to answer our questions, and he went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place while ensuring our move-in process was handled efficiently and smoothly. I highly recommend Nick and the whole leasing team here.

I haven't taken occupancy of my apartment yet so I can't speak to that, however I've just signed the lease and am looking forward to living there. It's not easy to find a rental that has a large floorplan and is dog-friendly near downtown Kirkland. The lakefront is across the street and there's a great trail path basically out my front door. I worked with Justina and she was fantastic throughout the initial tour, application process, and leasing. She promptly responded to my inquiries, and was always eager to provide information and clarifications. Justina is engaging, positive, professional and genuine. She quickly gained my trust and set a great first impression and tone of the apartment complex and environment.

Justina was very helpful, caring and responsive. She quickly resolved all the minor concerns we had at move-in and during leasing, and made the whole process very smooth. We love our new apartment with lake view.

The efficiency of the staff at Carillon is very impressive. & professional, I’ve lived at 2 other apartments in WA .and never experienced the quick turn around from the maintenance department. They are extremely knowledgeable and respond so quickly. Thank you Carillon staff.
