I hesitated writing this review but @ this point the buildings are horrible!I’ve lived here 8yrs & this is the worst I’ve ever seen it! Every last mailbox has been broken into & just hanging on even the outgoing letter box! The entire E building box has been missing for about a year now ( I know because I use to live in the E building! The front gate has been open for awhile now so there’s no security in that & let’s not talk about the pool & jacuzzi 🤮 tried to go for a swim back in August & was scared I would get a fungus!! We had a great manager years ago by the name of Pedro & he would NEVER allow the mailboxes to look like that!! It’s quit embarrassing smh

Since I moved here I had problems with management Vanessa and now Wendy even worse maintenance is slow gotta keep walking in the office to remind them to fix this and that. this month she had me pay rent on a app and I payed on time but she sent me a 3 day notice and telling me she is gonna have to start paperwork on me for eviction because she didn’t get it I’ve showed her proof the app she told me to pay my bank statement but she said she still needs rent that she can’t do nothing about what do I do ??

Wendy was outstanding, fast, efficient, and genuinely helpful. From the start, she was open-minded and really listened to my needs. She presented me with multiple options, but also confidently guided me toward what she felt was the best fit, and she was spot on. Wendy is straightforward, supportive, and clearly passionate about helping her clients. I’ve also had a great experience with the maintenance team they’ve been quick to respond, efficient, and always provide great service. It’s clear that this entire team cares about their residents. I’m extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend Wendy and the community to anyone in the market. You’ll be in great hands.

The management of this property is terrible. I came out here on contract to work on the base. The manager advertised move in special which was confirmed the day before my application submission. I went to the property multiple times everything was confirmed until I submitted my application. The moving special was removed and unit wasnt available but another unit was slightly outdated. If they promise a move in special really based on your income or they completely change the agreement after your credit is ran. I didnt look at the reviews until after my submission which I should of did from the start. I found another place around the corner with better pricing with parking. Im so glad I didnt stay at the property. Any contractors coming to this area avoid this place all together.

Wouldn’t move here, simply due to unprofessionalism within management especially with their regional manager Mariana .My wife and I went to see a 3bd 2bath apartment and were told if we qualify we could move in as little as one week so we put a 200$ holding deposit and filled out an application form and we’re completely left in the dark for 3 weeks with no follow up calls or anything. I tried calling several times and no one answers I also tried emailing and no response. I even asked during our showing how responsive they are when it comes to calling the front office and they said they are always on it but it shows they lack professional courtesy to pick up a simple phone. I always go by the saying “if you don’t like your job get a new one” . I finally managed to get a hold of the new mana
