The Cantera By Picerne

We have been at The Cantera for a year now. We are renewing our lease, esp. with a discount off our rent. The Staff are always there willing to help! The view is awesome! The Computer Room is always open to the residents, and we love both pools, and 2 BBQ areas. They provide doggie litter bags, and it's has such a friendly family environment!

Don’t let this place fool you homeless people go on the property all the time and have been found sleeping and digging in the dumpsters. I was there for over two years. My car got broken into (cost me $900) along with 7 others. They did absolutely NOTHING for us. No cameras on property. When I left they not only hit me with hundreds of dollars for a carpet that they could have steam cleaned and 2 holes from hanging my TV I also have to pay $26 for a 1 time cc charge to pay it in full. I spent $40,000 in rent on this property and this is how they treated me when I left. Apartments were getting broken into as well.

Leasing agents are cool. That’s the only positive. Property management here sucks. Does not communicate directly with the tenants because they’re too good for that and never hire enough maintenance techs so they are always short staffed. They are shutting off water every 3-4 weeks here. Look elsewhere honestly.

It's been 3 months since I moved in. I really like it. Nice, clean, quiet. I was worried about no assigned parking here, but no problem.even I come home 4am, I park in front of my building. Maintenance, No problem. They are reliable. One more important thing. Nice lady at the office, Ruby. She is smart and kind. She took care of any details of what I need to move in, and still helpful making everything great now. Wonderful place to live.

Lived here a year and a half all my needs were met. One of the best apartment gyms around way worth it being 24hrs. Nice pool 4 star amenities. The staff put this review to 5 stars. Thank you Kennisha, Ruby, and Brianna for the easy move in and move out process and working with my disabilities. 🇺🇸
