I was not expecting my work order to be completed that fast. NEW management is definitely great. They have been here a while and I have no complaints. The office staff, management and maintenance are always smiling and nice. It's an upgrade from before. I love the community activities. I love how they keep the trash up. It's just nice to feel at home. They have definitely went above the call of duty for me and I really do feel like they value me as a tenant. I'm ready for that pool to open! Other than that, great place to live. I recommend.

Such a worst apartment! I scheduled the apartment tour and arrived on time! The office was locked and on calling almost ten times finally someone lifts and says they ll be there shortly. Made me wait for half an hour with a no show and no response to my calls. If they treat the future residents like this I’m not sure how they treat the present ones. The trash was all over the place even if the trash bin was empty. Poor maintenance. They say it’s a gated community but all other entrances are open. Worst experience so far in my apartment tours so far.

The experience I had with these apartments was pretty okay at first everything was going really well until my washer broke down and I had a leak with led to mold being in my apartment. I asked them to fix it but they didn’t. However I did get behind on my rent and they helped out with that so I can’t just say too much. The office manager(Precious) is messy and will tell people what you have going on with your lease and other peoples leases. She doesn’t believe in hippa and will tell all of your business. If you don’t want your business to get out then stay on your rent and don’t tell her anything lol. Pool never opened during the summer and trash problem was pretty bad. Overall my experience wasn’t horrible but it wasn’t the best. Ms.Precious will work with you if you really need to get in

Terrible management company. Vesta Realty they don’t even deserve one star. They don’t pay there bills. It’s been well over 90 days still no payment and can’t get anyone to answer the phone. If you’re a contractor I’d stay clear of this place. Still no payment I’ve reached out and no response. Mark Kulick is the owner of Vesta pay your bills.

When you come here make sure you work with my favorite leasing person ms. precious. She’s amazing . My apartment was messed up she wasted no time getting me a new one . She apologized several times and made sure everything was ok even after the fact . I love these apartments thank you sooooo much for having me here .
