The Canopy Apartment Villas

I am writing to formally communicate my concerns regarding the management and maintenance of the property. While my initial impression upon moving in was positive, I have become increasingly dissatisfied. Specifically, we are facing several ongoing issues related to pest control, damaged communal furniture, and potential safety hazards. There is a pattern of unaddressed service requests, particularly concerning pest management, necessary furniture repairs, and outstanding safety hazards. The frequent explanations for the lack of progress have not led to the fixes needed. Please think twice before moving to these apartments. The area is quiet, but it comes at a cost to live under expectations.

I have lived at this apartment for the past five years, and it has truly been a place I’ve called home for me and my family. It’s safe and family oriented, and the most important thing for me is the safety of myself and my girls. My 2 year old loves the play ground pool and gym- having these amenities makes life a little less stressful after long days at work and school. And how could I forget the amazing staff? I’ve had the pleasure of knowing the most incredible manager,Phyllis Teresi. She is patient, knowledgeable, and truly kind. Every conversation with her feels sincere- you can genuinely feel her heart love love, you Phyllis! Everytime I ask for something to be fixed they are there! This review serves as yet another attempt to get some answers regarding my move in on July 5th. I have been patiently waiting to be released from this lease due to negligence. I cannot understand how after meetings, phone calls, and emails that I have not received any updates regarding the unit my roommate and I were given. I’ve been living here for 2.5 years now and I love the community. Management and maintenance have been nothing but very nice to me and my family. Work orders are done in a timely manner. The office staff are always very helpful. Guys keep up the good work. They are doing lots of activities at the property and bringing food trucks. Thank you The canopy staff.

Very nice place to live, this is my 3rd year and I have no complaints at all. Joel is the best customer service person at this office. He care for everything we need. Thank you 😊 Joel
