HOA fees are out of control, this year fees have increased 20% so far. 480$ for streets full of dog poops and trash. Very poor management, not responsive. Owners do not have any power to vote and change rules. See pictures
The houses are very close together here. Locations OK nothing special.
Great neighborhood with such an eclectic selection of home designs. Love being close to shopping and eating. The DNT is right down the road. It's a great place to live! The people are so very nice!

Amazing homes, great neighbors, and perfect location parallell to Dallas Tollway. Our 4 year old son is making so many friends!
