The Byron on Peachtree

I’ve stayed here for 2 years now. This is the first apartment complex I have ever renewed with. Jay is the best office manager and plans the best resident events. Joshua is the best maintenance guy and handles all request within 2 business days. We have never had a single bug in our apartment and the community is dog friendly. The pet wash room is a great plus. You are in the heart of Atlanta and right by the major freeways/highways. Also flavor rich is right next door along with other restaurants and bars in walking distance. There are always fun things for my husband and I to do. Only con I have is the lack of grass in the area (because I own a dog) but if you enjoy longer walks this won’t be an issue. I have really enjoyed my time here and the vending machines downstairs.

I've been living at the Byron going on (2) years it is centrally located a few minutes walk to the heart of Midtown and a few minute walk to downtown Atlanta. The management is super responsive and it is very affordable for the amenities offered they offer gated parking. A fitness center and a coffee bar as well as a nice resident lounge. I would definitely recommend The Byron on Peachtree if you are looking for an affordable apartment, that is close to restaurants, bars and the Fox Theatre.

I have been staying here for 2 months. Overall I’m really satisfied. Byron is very convenient, it’s close to Georgia Tech Campus. It takes less than 15min from here to get groceries and parks in the city. I think its location is great but there’s some noise at night coming from cars. The neighborhood doesn’t seem unsafe but not totally safe. Also, Jay was friendly and was really helpful when I move in here at first!

Stayed at the Byron in Atlanta on a work trip because it’s super conveniently located closed to the office. The neighborhood is kinda off putting, not unsafe but didn’t feel completely safe either. Once in the apartment I felt fine but the neighbors, the people on the street were a little sketchy. Lots of noise outside while I was there and one night I came back with weed dealer greeting me at the reception area asking if I’d want some. The ground floor definitely smelled like you walked into a dispensary, so be warned.

Living at The Byron has been a great experience. The building is always in excellent condition, with attention clearly paid to keeping everything clean and well cared for. I especially appreciate the sense of peace here—it feels safe, organized, and welcoming every day. The common areas, like the lobby, are designed in a way that makes them both functional and relaxing, which adds a nice touch to daily life. Overall, it’s been a place that truly feels like home, and I’d absolutely recommend it to anyone considering moving here.
