These apartments are so nice and very affordable I would definitely recommend moving here property manager is very nice and very understanding maintenance is very up to par and very fast with requests also Me and my fiancé just Moved in on January 31st and we have not had any complaints everything was a smooth move in and the property manager was very kind to us and helped us out with the process so far we love it here and would recommend people to come check it out 😍

I’ve been here for a few years and seen management come and go. Currently under new management it’s the best it’s been. During work orders typically it would be common for maintenance staff to half ass the job and barely complete it. Now with the new property manager he really insures the quality. I’ve never had a property manager personally do maintenance requests and actually do it skillfully with attention to detail. Definitely reassuring to have and home this new company is here to stay. The property stay picked up and it’s fairly quiet and small community but it’s been very nice under new management. I believe it’s under AFI now.

Lucios goes above and beyond for any questions or concerns I have had since living here. I love being right by the 435. The neighbors are kind and respectful.

I currently live at the brooks 808 now. The first day I tried to move in they switched management and I almost never got my keys. Had to locate the maintenance man. Since then they have switched management 2 more times. Now it’s a man running everything by his self. No maintenance no nothing. I’ve have had a hole in my ceiling for 3 weeks now. Due to this issue I will be moving out when my lease is up. I’m asking for them to discount my rent for the month of September but still no response. The guy that runs it is decent but I feel like he’s overwhelmed with no help. I have no idea who is over him but I wish something would get done! I feel like the apartments are slowly going downhill.

Been here for about 6 years. Management company has changed hands three times so far. The most recent company that has come in has tried to change the terms of our lease without us signing a new one, and continues to threaten us with $500 fines for things like using a vacant unit with permission 30 minutes past the time we said we would be there- Which we were only using because our shower was not working and they hadn't fixed it for about 3 weeks. During that time, there was an entire weekend we did not have access to a shower and could not get a hold of anybody, and our shower curtain was thrown away. We've got multiple walls & ceilings in our unit completely eaten away with black mold and a toilet leaking on us from upstairs that just won't get fixed, no matter how many times we mention
