The Brixton

I recently moved into The Brixton Apartments and have had a great experience so far. The apartments are very spacious and the property is clean and well kept. The manager Sandra was also very helpful throughout the whole process and made moving in easy. I’m really happy with my decision to move here and would definitely recommend it.

These are photos the night I moved in. Not only did they allow me to sign the lease before viewing the unit, (which I never would have signed having seen how incomplete the apartment was,) but they lost one of my rent checks, failed to respond to at least three maintenance requests, never fixed the "blue tape" (scattered throughout the apartment and detailed what still needed fixing,) and also lost parcels that were delivered to the office. If you look at the bathroom photo, there are no knobs to utilize the shower, and there was no shower head installed for at least four days because the maintenance people could not do their job properly. They spend more on "landscaping" and fixing things that no one is using, opposed to fulfilling their obligations to tenants. I left one piece of (nice)

These apartments are the best, whatever I need is given priority don't have to wait for nothing, maintainer workers are so friendly kind courteous and caring. I give you five stars 🤩

The complex is clean, well maintained, manager Sandra is courteous, respectful, and responsive to our needs, and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy here. Our 2 bedroom apartment is large and newly renovated, maintenance is fast, courteous ,and competent. Security patrols frequently and keeps things tight. Overall, a nice place for seniors to downsize without the cruise- ship like regimentation of senior living communities.

Love my apartment! very spacious 1 bedroom with washer and dryer. Quiet complex and amazing staff. Definitely recommend The Brixton!
