The Brightly Apartments

Fernando in the front office is a SAINT!!! He helped my family with the entire leasing process and was understanding and patient. The apartments are light, bright and airy. I look forward to attending the monthly community activities and making new friends.

We had an AC issue over Christmas. Donnie fixed it quickly, and addressed the removal of a wasp nest under our porch roof while he was here. He is always friendly and very polite! Thank you Donnie! Donnie was prompt and efficient attending to our after hours emergency maintenance request. Thank you! Thank you Fernando for your spooky decorating skills in our Clubhouse! Miguel, I can always count on you to answer my questions. Both of these men are great assets to The Brightly Apartments leasing office. 🤩

My Partner & I moved in at the end of August & we LOVE it here. Every since our tour with Miguel everything felt like a breath of fresh air. We came from a neighborhood where all the employees were rude and abusive so I'm still processing how kind everyone is here. It feels like we are on vacation everyday. The Property is always clean & well maintained. We had a few requests taken care of by Donnie within the same day. We are super grateful for him! Fernando was super helpful providing me with suggestions to help with our internet speed issues & thanks to him now our internet is fast! Miguel & Fernando have been super welcoming & helpful I hope they get a raise for how hard they work! If you’re thinking of moving here, I definitely recommend it! Everyone here is super kind & the neighbors

Moving is always daunting but Fernando helped make the entire process easy. He took the time to answer all our questions and even helped us get everything sorted with our utilities. The facilities are wonderful and so is the rest of the Brightly team.

When we first toured Brightly we knew it was the one! No one else compared. The staff is extremely nice and the community is beautiful. I can’t wait to live there really soon! So excited!
