The Bridges in Research Park Apartments

My husband and I lived here for 2 years. The apartments and complex are very nice and well maintained, even down to the landscaping. The management team is incredibly responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Maintenance is also outstanding. Requests are handled quickly, efficiently, and always with kindness. It’s clear that the staff genuinely cares about the residents. The location and accessibility of these apartments is also perfect. I would absolutely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I am going into my third year here at The Bridges in Research Park apartments. It is one of the best apartments that I've rented. The grounds are well kept. The staff is polite and friendly. Maintenance is a priority. They check everything from fire alarms to lint backed up in the dryer. Quiet and nice living.

The Bridges are easily the BEST apartments in the Huntsville/Madison area. They're in such a convenient location! The apartments themselves are also really solid, and HUGE for the price. Brittany in the office is amazing to work with and is SO responsive. I hope they never switch to AI systems like a lot of the other complexs because those are ao annoying to deal with. I cant recommend The Bridges in Research Park enough!!

Great place to live. Location is excellent (right next to bridge street mall, and hwy 255 / 565). Management and front office is top notch, they are very friendly and if you ever have a maintenance issue expect it to get fixed very fast. These buildings are solid so you can’t hear much if anything from your neighbors which is nice.

I've been here about 6 months and so far I'm loving it. It's quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The staff at the leasing office are friendly and helpful. Parking is never a problem. I like that it doesn't have a bunch of amenities that I'll never use and don't want to pay for. Overall, a really great place that I plan to stay at for the foreseeable future.
