The Bridge on Forbes Apartments

It’s a beautiful space and clean well lit and secure. It has great community spaces. Lots of knowledgeable and kind staff members and plenty of walkable places. A little pricey but due to rising cost of living for everyone I’d trade money over a cheap building because it offers so many amenities and you never even have to leave except to buy more groceries! Pet friendly and up to code.

The building is absolutely amazing, if you’re a PITT student you already knew that though. What is also worth noting is the amazing staff. From Mr. Carl the building manager to Mrs. Natural the Event coordinator / BEST STAFF MEMBER, the bridge is just filled with amazing and resourceful people all around who truly are dedicated to making your living experience a good one.

I highly recommend Bridge on Forbes, being a French exchange student I was afraid that finding accommodation would be difficult, but everything was done very quickly, and the steps for the application were really easy. Regarding the apartments, everything is great, it's modern, furnished and spacious and well located (near campus), the common areas are clean and many services are offered (gym, study room, etc.), all this in a welcoming, modern and warm setting. The staff is responsive, but above all adorable and caring. Thanks!

As a parent, finding a safe and well-managed home for your child is a top priority. This building has exceeded all expectations for the last two years. It is consistently clean, well-maintained, and remarkably quiet. The true standout, however, is the incredible staff. Carl, the Property Manager, and Natural, the Assistant Community Manager, are simply the best. They are responsive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing my daughter is in such good hands. I'm thrilled with her decision to live here and would highly recommend this community to anyone.

I absolutely loved living here. It’s very accommodating, the staff is the best, there’s engaging events for residents, and it’s especially great for college students. I lived here my senior year at Pitt.
