The Bridge Collective

Brianne from The Bridge Collective charged $100 per vendor to set up in her parking lot for an event. There ended up being dangerous, destructive weather that day - such dangerous weather that first responders forced the town to shut the event down. This was before anyone got the chance to sell anything. Nearly all of my handmade products got ruined, resulting in immense losses. Vendors were trapped in The Bridge Collective’s parking lot as raw sewage overflowed due to the flooding that day. Brianne never sent out any sort of contract or waivers detailing any sort of refund or cancellation policy, so she is keeping our money for no reason. We rented this unit from Brianne and had a terrible experience. We walked into the unit at 85 degrees (in the middle of summer in SC). Come to find out the tenants the week before had the same issue and claimed it was repaired, which it was clearly not. She even claimed to have been in the unit the day before, which was also a lie, or she would have seen the thermostat was set to heat. Regardless, the AC never worked properly and we slept in an 80 degree apt for 2 nights before we couldn't take it anymore and had to leave (I had a 4,7, and 9 *autistic* yr old with me). Being a holiday week, we had to drive to savannah to find a hotel. We are 1000 miles away from home and she only refunded us the night we didn't stay there which didn't even cover the cost of the hotel, let alone the cost of
