I've lived here for a year now and absolutely love it! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The gym is decent for an apartment complex, and the pool is very nice and consistently well-maintained. The apartments themselves are great—modern and comfortable—and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. I haven’t experienced any issues with noise or vehicle damage, which speaks volumes about the community. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. One small note: the parking deck is two-way, so be cautious while driving through it. Overall, I’d 100% recommend living here—it’s been a fantastic experience.

***Update12/26/2025***2ND REVIEW This is a follow-up to my original review, because the situation worsened significantly today. After being told previously, in writing, that my identity and SSN were verified and that my application could proceed, I was instructed to reapply due to internal screening and system issues. Based on those representations, I paid the $275 application and screening fee a second time for the same unit and the same application process. Despite having already submitted IRS tax transcripts directly from IRS.gov (documents that were previously reviewed and accepted), I was suddenly informed that those same documents were no longer sufficient. Left a review here a while back that wasn't really fair, so going to leave a new one. This place is actually pretty nice, very secure and homey. This is the only apartment I haven't had packages stolen at after moving to Atlanta, the package lockers here are super convenient and deliveries actually are made on time without having issues unlike some downtown apartments I've been at (and even then, there was no guarantee it'd get assigned to you and someone would just take your stuff... hasn't happened here once and I order from Amazon quite a bit). Updating my review 6mos later: the maintenance team has NOT failed me yet. Not only have they responded to every maintenance request on the next business day AT LATEST- they are friendly, honest, and respectful of living space.
