The Breyley Apartments

I have lived here for several years and the maintenance response time has improved dramatically over the last couple of years. Yandry does a great job responding to my maintenance requests and fixing the problem. He is pleasant and trustworthy to have in my apartment if I cannot be home for the repair. I appreciate getting what I need in a reasonable time frame. Sometimes the same day or next day.

Don’t rent here. When I moved in this apartment was disgusting. I had to clean spaghetti sauce off my kitchen cabinets. I had a toilet pipe burst and they did not fix it right away. I had rusted sinks they wouldn’t replace in both bathrooms for over a year. My air went out and they did not fix it right away. My door lock jammed and I couldn’t get into my home, tried to call emergency maintenance and got nothing. Now that I’ve moved out they are trying to charge ME for new carpet, new patio paint and cabinet painting that all was gross before I moved in. They’ll charge you for things that should be STANDARD MAINTENANCE! If my unit was so bad they wouldn't have been able to get it back up for lease in a week. Total crap

My view is great. My neighbors are great. I feel that everything we have to pay for the garbage can $41 a month parking $35 a month for each car we get home late. We don’t have any parking so I don’t feel we should be charged for that. Also my ceiling keeps falling.

They are scammers who extort money for repairs that they are supposed to do themselves. They rent out apartments in terrible condition. The apartment smells of mold and dampness. The kitchen cabinets and the bathtub are old and in awful condition. They take money for repairs but never actually do them. They promised to provide a payment plan for the early termination fee and agreed on a specific penalty amount, but after we signed the documents, they refused to offer any payment plan and charged a higher amount than what was agreed. We are unable to contact them — they are ignoring us and not responding to messages!! We will file a complaint with the Florida Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division!

I like this place for its tranquility and relaxed atmosphere. I enjoy walking and spending time in the recreational areas. In addition, something that truly stands out is the maintenance service provided by Yandry Julio. He is always punctual, polite, and professional.
