The Brazos

I honestly don't know where to start...The Brazos has to be the BEST apartment complex I've dealt with in over 10 years! Not only does the complex itself stand out!! Amazing views, upkeep is incredible, very clean, and quiet. Everyone working there loves their job and it shows from the moment you enter the property! Crystal was beyond AMAZING!! Truly went above and beyond to give me her undivided attention during the entire time I was there. She listened to everything I needed, she was very transparent about which apartment came with which amenities. They have plenty of resources and references to help set up all of your utilities and more. The Brazos will not only make sure you are taken care of personally, but they treat you like family and a family that really wants what's best for you

I am extremely satisfied with this property and truly enjoy living here. The community offers all the perfect amenities, and they are consistently well-maintained and fully functional. The maintenance team is outstanding—Chris, Omar, and the entire crew are amazing. They are always professional, responsive, and on top of their work. I genuinely appreciate their dedication and efficiency. The office staff is equally impressive. They are kind, welcoming, and quick to assist with any questions or concerns. Overall, my experience has been excellent. I would rate this community 100% and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home.

Huge shoutout to Crystal! I booked an appointment for an apartment tour, and she was incredibly informative and helpful. She answered all of my questions and even gave me great tips as a first-time apartment renter. She made the entire process smooth and made me feel right at home. Also, the amenities and upkeep are top tier. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate it and am definitely looking forward to moving here.

The maintenance staff is very thorough and very nice. Chris has been here. I believe maybe 2 years 2 and a 1 I've lived here since 2022. And he has always came and made sure whatever the issue was in my apartment made sure that everything was taken care of he's such a nice person. Such a generous thoughtful maintenance man. We couldn't ask for anyone better to be over the Brazos. Lead maintenance than Chris, we don't ever wanna lose him. Please always give him his props management.... I also once again wanted to get props to the maintenance crew. Chris Omar and Juan, there are always willing to help whenever I have a maintenance request. They're there within a day or 2. I have lived here now for a few months and I love it so far!! The leasing staff is so incredible, they held a very specific unit for me for over a month while I got my finances in order (was coming from a rough situation) specifically want to shout out Crystal for that!!! It’s a unit with everything I really needed so I am beyond grateful for. Doing business with this staff feels more like dealing with actual PEOPLE instead of a cold and detached leasing management group. I once had something very expensive delivered and it came while I was at work, so Rachel actually came down to my unit and placed it in my home for me! (With my permission of course lol) The rent is fairly priced I would say ($1350 for a 1 bed/1 bath with an entire yard!! On the first floor and Washer/dryer in unit) I am
