I had an amazing experience with The Braxton Apartments from start to finish. The community is beautiful, the location is perfect, and the whole leasing process was smooth and stress-free. Moving from New York can be overwhelming, but The Braxton team truly made the transition easy and welcoming. A special shoutout to Alex Phillips, who went above and beyond for me. He helped me from the very beginning all the way until I finally got my apartment. New Yorkers can be some of the toughest customers, but Alex handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a great attitude. He answered every question, guided me through each step, and made sure I felt confident and supported throughout the process. The Braxton is great! Not only is the area very pretty, but the community is really nice and the office folk are extremely friendly and helpful. Nancy was mainly who handled my move in and when I was confused about a few things but she helped walk me through everything I needed to know every step of the way. Move in process was nice and easy thanks to her help and dedication 10/10 all around!

I love this place the minute I got here. I was in love. I was first introduced with the Braxton with Alex and he was awesome. Alex is one of the reasons that right from the start. I'm choosing the Braxton. He was so helpful as well and very genuine and honest he made us feel so welcome.Then I was introduced to Nancy and she finish off my whole application process With ease, she went out of her way to make sure everything was right from the start. She's such a help. I'm grateful Braxton is a nice peaceful community and there's no perfect place but this has become the place. That's perfect to me in its own way. I love the landscape. I love the atmosphere if you're looking for a place to live, I would definitely recommend TheBraxton me and my daughter so far it's been a pleasure. Thank you, N

It was the easiest move I've ever experienced. Nancy and Alyssa are lovely, helpful and knowledgeable! I'd give 10 stars and more if I could. I'm so happy I chose this property. I love everything about my new home.

Beyond disappointed with the entire experience. The apartment was not thoroughly inspected before move in. My children's room had a broken bulb in the light fixture that one cannot see as the fixture covering is frosted. Upon turning the light on, it smelled as if something was on fire. The washer machine was not working properly. Upon, it being "fixed" this machine is mediocre at best. The master bathroom door would not close. As if the door was cut too small for the framing. In addition, missing a light switch cover in the master bedroom closet. There is tape still covering the bases of all the celing/light fixtures that were never removed after painting was done. Kitchen cabinets are very tall and not enough storage. So if you are under 5'5, you will need a step ladder. Online bill pay
