The Brandywine Apartments

I've lived here at the Brandywine for almost a year. My unit is a 1-br with around 900 sqft of space. The positives are the location, the price, the size of the units, the hardwood floors, walk-in closet, tons of natural light from the windows, access to public transportation, very responsive maintenance team, separate thermostats for the living room and the bedroom, the laundry facility that looks like a mini laundromat with sitting area for kids, the lounge area (great for meetings and alone time without having to leave the property, the gym, the bike room, and the overall cleanliness of the property. Jasmine the leasing agent was amazing - we’ve been trying to get an apartment in this building for a few years, and she went above and beyond to help us find the perfect apartment. We applied to one of them, but she called us the next day when a slightly larger one (with an extra closet AND for a little bit less rent) opened up and asked us if we wanted to switch our application since we mentioned needing storage. You just don’t get that level of customer service, and we’re so grateful that she dedicated her time to making our move-in as seamless as it could be.

Miss Pam has been so involved in making sure that I have a good and reliable time in the Brandywine. From helping with my engagement to general life advice, she has been there! Antonio has also done an amazing job at helping me keep up with my day to day, he’s on it when I’m not! Peter has also been a great assist with issues I’ve had and has been quick with responses.

Love my apartment here! Very spacious, quite cheap, staff is very responsive to requests and replaced our oven when it broke, and they recently redid the common spaces which is awesome. The front desk and package staff are also super nice (Peter at the front desk is awesome). One downside is there are frequently small bugs that come out at night (we’ve tried everything to get rid of them) but overall it’s a great place to live!

I have no complaints about the maintenance team at Brandywine. Whenever we have an issue, they always respond quickly, and the staff is consistently kind, friendly, and efficient, especially Jose. Additionally, most of the Brandywine staff are amazing. Peter at the front desk is extremely polite, nice, and helpful, and Paulino and Antonio in the package room are also great. We really appreciate it!
