The Braeburn Apartments

Nice place. Good price for the location. Close to UT and in a nice neighborhood in North campus. Little less maintained pool and laundry unit, but there is a laundromat just 4 blocks away so it is fine. Maintenance team is top notch and responds really quick. Lived here for two years and have no complaints.

Best management I've ever had.

I subleased a 2*1 for 8 months. The facilities are great for the price. Near UT, and all major bus routes. The administration is very responsive towards maintenance issues etc.

The leasing agent wrote down the wrong day in her email wasting my time and gas driving to an appointment that would not be honored. But after a few attempts to reach the office we were informed "I never do that sorry".

Little old but cheap rent and great maintenance.
