Title: Hypocritical Management: Quick to Evict for Money, Useless for Safety & Harassment Rating: 1 Star I have lived at The Bowens Apartment for 1.5 years, and it has been nothing but sheer discomfort for me and my family. If you are looking for a community where management actually enforces the lease or maintains a peaceful environment, look elsewhere. Management has absolutely no control over the property. Despite numerous complaints over the last year and a half, nothing gets done. The Main Issues: · Relentless Harassment: The neighbor below me has harassed us since day one. They have filed multiple false complaints with the leasing office and even called the police on us claiming we were "jumping on the floors." In reality, the "noise" was simply us walking, our cat moving around

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!! I have lived in 11 apartment complexes due to travel nursing, and The Bowen is by far the WORST I have ever experienced. While it is marketed as a luxury apartment, the only thing luxury about it is the rent you pay—you receive none of the safety, service, or quality that should come with that label. Between my husband’s car and mine, our vehicles were hit three separate times in the parking garage. Management showed no concern for resident safety or property. On one occasion, a camera was directly facing my vehicle, only for us to later learn that the parking garage cameras do not work, despite management previously indicating otherwise. I've been a resident of the Bowen for almost 10 months now, and I'm still impressed. The staff here are very responsive, communicate effectively, and any maintenance requests etc are handled both electronically and completed very quickly. Every neighbor I've met thus far has been cordial and the community itself is quiet for the most part. It really does have a luxury feel to it every time I enter the building and my apartment. The amenities are great, the pool, the library, computer rooms, meeting rooms, great room w/ piano, theatre room all are definitely pluses in my book. I would recommend that anyone interested stop by and check it out, ask lots of questions, look around and ask current residents. You won't be disappointed.

I lived here for about 6 months before I had to move, it’s pricey and I didn’t have to much to complain about, my roof did leak and called maintenance twice about it and they “fixed” it in a timely manner but it leaked when it rained. It’s not as safe as advertised because anyone can walk in, my wife hair lady use to walk up to our door and I’m like did we buzz you and she was like nope the door was opened. For the money I have seen better secured places and right before we left an armed robbery did happen so we left just in time.

This is the first rental property that I have ever experience real comfort in. The entire building is kept clean and smelling good at all times you wouldn't believe that pets are allowed to live here simply because they don't disturb your peace and comfort but yet they are seen being well cared for by there owners and they are very friendly. The staff is very pleasant and eager to assist you at all times. We truly love Mr. Mark James who oversees the entire operation of this beautiful luxury complex, he has the entire community feeling special with the special events he plans just for us the residence here at the Bowen. I would truly love to see him and his staff receive an award for making our stay here so very enjoyable all year long. Great Job to this entire staff of workers at the Bo
