Melissa and Will make a great team! I am pleased to have been referred to them from a good friend of ours that recently used their services - Thanks Faith 😉! They are a full service team and are great at problem solving. The biggest plus for me was the communication. While I may not have always been available when they called or emailed or texted, I was comforted to know that they always called when they said they would, followed through with all that was promised and worked very hard to overcome any and all challenges that came before us. The home was on the market for one weekend and the deal closed within 3 weeks. We'd not hesitate to call upon them again if the need arises.
