The Boulevard at Green

The Boulevard of Green is truly an amazing place to live. The community is beautiful, quiet, and well taken care of, and you can tell a lot of pride goes into maintaining the property. The apartments are clean, modern, and comfortable, and everything feels welcoming the moment you pull in. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is so kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make residents feel supported and valued, and they always respond quickly when something is needed. It makes such a difference knowing you’re living somewhere that truly cares about its residents.

Unfortunately, my experience with this complex was disappointing. Management prioritizes rigid enforcement over communication or reasonable accommodation, even when tenants are transparent and proactive. Situations that could have been resolved through dialogue instead escalated unnecessarily. I would strongly encourage future applicants to understand that there is little grace extended here if life circumstances change. Choose carefully — especially if you value humane and responsive management. EDIT: @Management Hi, thank you for the response. Before my move in, I specifically requested to know the status of the carpet because I've been a long time renter. They kept telling me they're not sure. When I moved in, turns out to be the worst carpet I've seen. LET ALONE A 'LUXURY' APARTMENT. Dog piss stained carpet, wasn't cleaned. I spent $300 of my own money to have a professional try to clean it. They told me this carpet is 7-10 years old and terrible shape for the cost of rent here. It should have 100% been replaced before our move in. I mean, seriously, the carpet is hard and flat in some areas. Looking forward to moving out. Check out the images I attached to this review. My nephew asked me to go with him to look at these apartments. Don't let how nice the complex looks when you pull in fool you. The carpet in the unit we looked was atrocious! It's nice that they allow pets, but judging by the carpet, it's very obvious they allow pets. The low battery chirp from the smoke alarm was a nice touch as well. We found an apartment in another complex for less money that doesn't have horrible, nasty carpet. Replace the carpet or, better yet, for the rent you are charging, install vinyl plank flooring.

I recently was going to lease a place at the boulevard, but ended up buying a house instead. I was highly impressed by the way they ran everything. From my first phone call to my tour with Alexandria, very attentive and professional. I would highly recommend them. Great people.
