Glen Eagles Apartments

I’m having to move out of state and wish I could bring my apartment and management with me Yes, building is not new but when something is broken they fix it with in a day. Quite place on my hall. Washer/dryer is 75 steps from my place - (Brand new ). Management is caring and accommodating.

(Aplologies for the long review) Ratings 3/5 This way my first apartment that I moved into on my own. I lived in a standard 2 Bedroom unit. I primarily moved here for the location and affordability. Its an ok place, but after a year of living here I was very ready for a change. Cons: 1. Amenities - the gym, on site Laundry and pool were a Major factor for me as apartments nearby with the same amenities were much higher... however, I realized that the gym was almost completely unusable due to many machine being broken, rusted and outdated. I don't think anyone cleans this gym, it's covered in dust and smells like old sweat. The pool is a 3/5. Hello, If you’re looking for a place - I don’t recommend Glen Eagles Apt's. for many reasons: • They are over priced • Management Lies on his word • The apt's. are out dated, Hallways never cleaned and it smells. • Laundry is small washers & dryers, Cost is $2.10 each load- will not get your clothes cleaned or dried on the first time. • Management said there is security in the building, which is a lie as the side doors never would lock in place left open for anyone to get in if they wanted. Which I seen happen more than a couple of times. • Mail boxes were so small- that was painful to get your mail and sales ads out properly, plus they would always give you everyone else’s mail, didn’t pay attention. • If you ordered a big package, have fun getting it- could be weeks at a time. • Park

The worst apartment complex in Ohio. Has a constant smell and management is horrible. Had dead bugs in the refrigerator and cat pee everywhere.

I have lived here a year now and since Heather became the property manager things got better. She cares for her tenants and the changes she has made are positive. It’s a blessing to have her. She is profession, kind and is easy to talk to.
