The fitness center is fully equipped for a comprehensive workout, and the pool area is meticulously maintained. Having resided here for a year, I have found the community engagement events to be a highlight of the experience. I highly recommend this property for those seeking a high standard of living!

I am about to finish a year long lease here, and frankly, we are relieved to be moving out. While the complex has some aesthetic appeal, the daily living experience has been quite frustrating. Cons * Fire Alarms: The alarm goes off roughly once a week at random hours. Recently, it stayed on for over 10 minutes at 8:30 PM. During one particularly bad week, it went off three separate times. Most residents don’t even exit the building when the alarms go off anymore because of how frequent it is. * Parking Garage Issues: The parking lines are so faded they are nearly invisible, making it difficult to park within the lines. It’s baffling for a newer, covered garage. Additionally, the entry gate is frequently broken because residents hit it, and at one point, it remained unrepaired for over a m

Had a great experience onboarding, Kilish and the whole team are very considerate and professional. I had to move in fast after moving to the US. The flat is amazing and I still love it after 1.5 months. The Gym is great and replaces my gym membership. Pool is ok for a dip but if you are looking to swim laps it might be a bit too warm. The only downside so far (which in my opinion is not fully the staffs fault and which is why I am not deducting a star) is that there are sometimes stains on the floor carpets from other tenant’s dogs. Staff said that they will replace the carpets soon.

My experience at The Bond has been amazing! I moved from LA and did a virtual FaceTime tour of my apartment. I loved the apartment and submitted an application the day of. The process of signing the lease was smooth and seamless even though I couldn’t be there in person. Moving into the apartment was an easy process as well. The one bedroom apartment is very modern and the amenities are outstanding. Kilish and Keith, who help manage The Bond, are professional, patient, and have helped answer all of my questions regarding moving-in and best practices in the apartment complex. Very grateful to The Bond staff and happy with my decision to call The Bond home.

I love this place. it was my first apartment moving away from louisiana to austin tx and the experience has been nothing but smooth and welcoming. killish and keith are always there to help, the amenities are beautiful plus all the fun resident events are a perfect opportunity to get to know your neighbors! not to mention my stunning pool view :)
