Seconding the other comment - This building has an alarm or something on the roof that beeps INCESSANTLY!! Living in a nearby building, this is ALL I HEAR. This has been going on for months now. If management/maintenance has truly been absent from the property for this long, I would seriously hesitate moving in here…
This building appears to have been abandoned (???). It has an alarm, likely on an upper floor or on the roof, that has tripped almost every day for the past 6 months and it sometimes sounds continuously from 7 am to midnight.
