The BLVD at Hays Luxury Apartments

Overall, nice place to live but they have a huge issue with their package delivery system. Carriers are expected to log packages into lockers for residents to pick up, which is nice in theory but the reality is this rarely happens. The result is that packages are frequently delayed, lost or delivered to the wrong person. I’ve had numerous issues with this system and been instructed to file a complaint with the carrier. This is fine in theory, but it results in a lot of headache and extra time wasted trying to figure out where your packages are. They need to come up with a better system for their residents.

In Jan 2024 I lost my grandmother and I was also going through some other personal loses and I decided I wanted to sell my house and live in a luxury apartment. Blvd at Hays stood out to me because it has the restaurant on site, how much more luxury could you get. This was my first time living in an apartment so I was nervous and excited all at once. When I went to check it out I met the best property manager ever, Karol, who had the same name and spelling of my grandmother🥰 Everythinh fell into place so smoothly. I lived at Blvd at Hays for 1.5yrs and it was a great experience. All the staff were so pleasant and helpful. The maintenance crew was also a joy. The only suggestion/request I have is when maintenance comes that there is something left stating they came in and completed the work

Moving away from BLVD at Hays was the biggest mistake I’ve ever made. The rent went up, and the place was far from my life. But if I knew the new apartments I’m in now are in terrible condition and always have maintenance issues, I would’ve never left BLVD. Honestly, I had no problems there. The staff was amazing, the apartment was incredible, it was a new apartment, maintenance was always on point, and there were no hidden fees. You pay for what you get. 10000000000/100000000000 recommended living there you wont have an issue at all.

Lived at Blvd at Hays for 4 years. Its started out okay, but keep getting worse and the value was no longer there. 1) Construction/quality of apartments was terrible, the apartment was very noisy. 2) The management has frequent turn over, they are rude, unprofessional, unresponsive (multiple calls to get a call back), unsupportive, and very unhelpful. 3) We had a neighbor that would blare loud music at all hours of the night and early morning, smoke cigarettes and marijuana in their apartment, and have fights in/outside of their apartment. Everyone in our building complained to the front office multiple times and called the police multiple times. The front office did nothing about it, eventually all of the people, including ourselves moved out. 4) The rent would jump up significantly each

I have lived here for going on a year now. I would say this is the best apartment I have lived in while living in Lexington. The office staff is always greeting and helpful, work orders also get fixed very quick. The gym is a very nice size with multiple updated equipment! One of my favorite things about this place is they have events for the people who live here. They had a Christmas party at the joining restaurant, and a grab and go breakfast on Valentine’s Day!! Would definitely recommend living here!!
