Recently went in and I had the pleasure to speak to Ashely she was very helpful, very informative she definitely made this experience a lot better and less stressful since looking for an apartment can be so stressful. Whenever you go in look for Ashely 10/10 help !!

I wish they would hire two supers for each building. I don’t think it’s fair having one person to manage the building and esspically since the super can’t always be there due to vacations time off and sleeping hours. People can have emergencies all through the day. Currently locked out my apartment because my lock is stuck and can’t even get in cuz my super is away on vacay for about a week. Where do yall expect people to stay??

I have very bad experience with Bluestone management from the day one. After they had received bank check from me, they did misbehave with me. As I already invested my time I ignored it because of my other urgent occupations. Now I am suffering from heat problem. They did not do maintenance the apartment for a new tenant. Every day I am suffering heating problem. Once they fixed it. Now again there's no heat amidst this very cold weather. At the time of entering into the apartment I found they hanged loaf of meat in front of my apartment. For rotten smell of this meat I was unable to sleep and eat for one day. They dont reply to email. They are aversive to respond for customer service. I have ever faced such a poor management and customer service! I paid them for buying comfort and peace b

I had the pleasure of staying in this building for a year and a half and it was a great experience. Initially, I had some noise issues living on the 2nd floor but when I requested to be moved to a different floor, the management team was more than happy to accommodate me. Moving to the 4th floor was a great decision as it was much less noisy and had a better view. The super of the building is a really good guy and the entire building management team is very reachable and easy to work with. Overall, I highly recommend this building for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-maintained living experience. Five stars!

Never had such a difficult time contacting people when money was involved. Unless you are willing to not know if your applications are being processed or are okay being scared that they have blocked your number then do not try and get an apartment through them. The gal who gave us a tour was the only positive experience we had with this organization and I strongly recommend looking elsewhere to save yourself the headache. After giving them a good faith deposit, we were casted to the side and never told they were doing anything to get our contract or apartment in order. Then after almost two months of just trying to get back in contact with them, I was finally able to hear a response about getting my money back after our application was denied.
