The Bluestone Apartments

A place that truly feels like home I truly enjoy living at Bluestone Apartments in Bluffton. The community is clean, quiet, and feels safe, which makes it a very comfortable place to live. The leasing office here feels less like an office and more like a Home for Residents, where people are welcomed and cared for. I especially want to recognize Sarah, the community manager. She does an excellent job managing all aspects of the property, but more importantly, she genuinely cares about residents’ daily lives. The leasing office regularly sends helpful emails, such as holiday safety reminders and weather updates, which really show thoughtfulness and responsibility. I have truly enjoyed living at Bluestone. As a long-term resident, I really appreciate the strong sense of community and the thoughtful care from the management team. I enjoy life here very much. On Valentine’s Day, the leasing office sends flowers to residents; during back-to-school season, they provide school supplies for students; and throughout the year, there are different surprises for every holiday. We are not just living here — we are experiencing a beautiful life here! The staff is always friendly, responsive, and professional. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the property is clean and well maintained. The environment feels safe, welcoming, and comfortable. I highly recommend Bluestone to anyone looking for a place that truly feels like home.

If i could give zero stars I would. This place is a joke of an apartment complex. The people working at the leasing office are absolutely horrible people with the nastiest attitudes. ZERO parking as everyone states and then they also have a tow truck who goes around towing even though they are well aware that they do not offer enough parking spaces whether you have a pass or not. Roach infested apartments and all of that for a high price is literally crazy. Believe every review you see below and avoid living here at all cost!

I should have seen all the signs! A day before moving in I received a call that the apartment would not be ready. We had an appointment for the next day at 3pm. They downgraded the apartment but said I would have one.I was packed and traveling from NY. Had to take it. Once I did receive my keys and went into the apartment, the smell it using the face. Awful! The carpets were not even vacuumed. We ran to the store to buy cleaning supply. After I complained about three times, they came in to clean and fix things that were not working. All that should have been done prior to us moving in. The y have valet trash service and I have been given several specific instructions. The funny thing is they can’t follow their own instructions. Bluestone Apartments is one of the worst complexes in Bluffton, SC and If I could give it less than one star I would. I lived there for about 14 months (1/4/23 - 3/4/24) and I had to get out. The managment is rude, not helpful, and can never seem to provide definite/helpful answers to questions, loud/rude residents and the list goes on. The buildings and grounds are dirty, unkempt, outdated appliances, parking is not adequate and forget it if you want to have visitors. To start with - Parking, I may come home and not be able to find a parking spot as they were occupied by non-residents and managements response - "We have a contract with the Planet Fitness down the road, you can park there and walk back." Are you kidding me?! I pay to live here and you expect me to walk 1/4 mile back
