The Bloom at Braddock Apartments

I took liberty to write the first review. To the naked eye, it’s gorgeous. Once settled in, I saw 5 roaches on my first day here and they have yet to cease. The things throughout the apartment are poorly made and seem to break easily…..i.e. my sink fell in my first couple of weeks here, I found out it’s upheld by a few bolt-like pieces….smh. Management, maintenance, & location are great.

This building is slowly going down hill and management is getting worse and seems not to care. Everything gets half fixed around here. One of the elevators breaks every weekend while the other has been broken for the past 2-3 months mind you there are handicap/disabled people who are in wheelchairs and on oxygen tanks who cannot go up and down steps. People smoke marijuana in front of the building where I have to walk with my 5 year old I have brought it to the manager Nicoles attention and she has done absolutely nothing about it as it’s still going on mind you there are also “No Smoking” signs posted out front of the building. My AC has been broken for WEEKS! They come to fix it, it works for a day then it’s broken again they’ve come 3 different times to “fix” it again they half fix stuf

Avoid at all cost. Management sucks
