I have edited my review because I was in a negative mood. I apologize. My review is only about the maintenance supervisor, Reggie. I want to tell you how awesome Reggie has been. He is very intelligent, very smart, polite, well mannered, professional, and very friendly. I like that he smiles a lot and that really means a lot when you have to deal with people. I have to do in my job working with students. I had the opportunity to talk with him and was very impressed, Reggie knows his job, He knows how to communicate to his tenants like having Reggie around does shine a light. I do hope that Reggie is being well paid. Reggie you are totally awesome. Thank you for working on the current request. Greatly appreciated. The five (5) stars goes to you! It was a pleasure to have met you.

The prettiest sunsets. Close to Gainesville. Rural and quiet enough, but not too far from commutes to Lawrenceville, Buford, etc. Package/mail systems is easy enough, as is trash. Do wish trash was picked up on Friday and Saturday nights, though.. that's easy to forget. Do have loud neighbors past quiet hours occasionally, and obnoxious trucks/motorcycles that will wake us up every now and then, but not frequently enough for a complaint at this point, thankfully. The stairs do get pretty gross with random stains, bugs, and bird (sometimes dog) poop, etc., but again--not major enough to affect my rating, and understand some of that's hard to prevent. I want to give a big thank you to the maintenance team specially to jazmin at this apartment complex my unit is the 8301 and they are always professional, respectful, and quick to respond whenever there is an issue. Every time I’ve needed help, they fixed the problem efficiently and made sure everything was working properly before leaving. It really makes a difference knowing we can count on them. Great job to the maintenance guys for keeping the community running smoothly.

Lived here for a year with my gf. Its super quiet, I can turn my truck on in the morning no problems while I eat breakfast. Maintenance follows up fast, met mr. reggie the supervisor he’s a cool dude handled my issues with ease. Office ladies are nice and professional too.

They never answer the phone. I would say 98% of the time that I call the front office. No one answers the phone. When we moved in we were told the club house would be open 24/7. That’s what the lease is now they have hours for the gym and are locking the doors where we can’t enter the club house at all during certain hours. You can hear everything doesn’t matter what floor you are on it’s horrible. Have horrible neighbors that beat on the ceiling and walls office does nothing about it. Trash is all over the place all the time they never clean hallways they never clean the grounds dog poop is everywhere. The girls in the office are rude and disrespectful. Neighbors slam doors banging on the ceilings and walls screaming at the top of their lungs where I could hear every word they said using
