Pointe Grand Pendergrass Apartments

I recently moved into these apartments and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure residents are comfortable and satisfied. The grounds are well-maintained and the amenities are top-notch, including a beautiful pool and fitness center. My apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-designed with high-end finishes and appliances. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Overall, I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to call home.

Whitney, Emanuel, Ashton, Racquel, Kei, Tamaya, Lexi, the two Kelly’s, Heather, Kenny, and Yann are a well oiled machine! The tour experience is immaculate, the resident experience is unsurpassable and my dog even gets the VIP treatment!!! If you don’t live at Pointe Grand Pendergrass, I genuinely don’t know what you are doing! Please come check out your new home at the COOLEST COMMUNITY in all of Pendergrass. They turned me into a realtor without a license and I receive $500 for every referral I send their way that moves in!!! Oh and they even take us residents out to dinner at Millhouse Station. I absolutely love living here! The apartment itself is well-maintained, spacious, and truly feels like home. The community is quiet, clean, and welcoming, which makes coming home every day such a good feeling. I also want to give a special shoutout to Raquel she’s the new leasing agent but have been absolutely amazing! For any day-to-day questions, she is always kind, professional, like a family or friend and so helpful. Overall, this has been a great living experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to live!

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community. The property is well maintained, and the staff is always professional and helpful. I especially want to recognize Kei and Lexi for their excellent support and positive attitude. They’ve been very helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance.

Heather found me at work advertising the apartments, and it was exactly what I needed! She set me an appointment so I came and talked to Racquel, She was very helpful! She gave me all the options I had, she made me feel like home she’s my new friend love her!!!! That’s what I was looking for when I came to apply! I’m very happy ! Heather and Racquel were my angels! Thank you so much! Can’t wait to move in !
