Loved working with the leasing manager Lupita she was the absolute best with helping me with my apartment needs. Very kind and very knowledgeable. Juan is so quick to getting to the work orders when you need something fixed. Love the management team here!

I have really loved living in this apartment! The neighborhood is charming and quiet. Lupita is such a caring and outstanding manager, and Juan does an amazing job at making sure everything is running smoothly and repaired in a timely manner. Highly recommend!

My manager Lupita Regalado is the best manager we ever had, because she is always there for us when we ever needed her. She responds to all of our request. She's very attentive, friendly kind, and understanding. I recommend her for dedication and professionalism.

Lupita in the office strikes the perfect balance of professionalism. A week after we moved into the building, we learned that my wife’s cancer had returned. Through this and through the trials of a pandemic, Lupita and José, in maintenance, treated us with such care and grace. I am grateful for them, as they have made the impossible year since my wife’s passing more tolerable. The Bixby is firm about rules, quiet times, and insisting that tenants treat each other with respect. But they also genuinely care about us. I can’t imagine a better building for this most challenging year.
