Keva was an amazing leasing agent and made my entire move-in process smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, she was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and stayed responsive throughout the process. Keva truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and organized for my move-in day. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made a big difference, and I felt supported every step of the way. I really appreciate her hard work and would highly recommend working with Keva to anyone looking for a new apartment.

You’re better off living on a street than in this apartment complex. The building is extremely old and plagued with issues — from persistent bug infestations to serious utility problems like water leaks, mold, and broken appliances. Management is consistently unprofessional and unresponsive. The only time they seem helpful is when they want you to sign a lease and secure your payment; beyond that, they reveal their true character. They are not transparent about the many problems in the units. For over five months, our unit has suffered from a burst pipe and continuous water leakage, yet they still haven’t identified the source of the issue. But I’m just hoping the same energy that I Received when Ifirst visit will be the same when I move there because I love everything about it. Keva was very nice a professional. She was very thorough and simple in explaining the application and leasing process. I appreciate her showing me the apartment and answering all of my questions. The Biltmore Apartments are definitely on the top of my list!

Just signed my new lease for my second year and hoping I don't regret it. Communication is key especially in a long term business agreement (lease) and there seems to be little to none. My work schedule does not permit me to go to the office all the time for any concerns I have so I rely on email. The property is nice. Well kept. Residents are nice. Parking is good. Great place just no responses or communication to concerns.
