The Bentley Orlando

I’m already in love with The Bentley and I haven’t even moved in yet! Toured today and the staff was incredible. Tatjana greeted me with the biggest smile and gave me the most thorough tour. Jessica patiently walked me through every floor plan and availability. Amy was so sweet and helpful with all my questions, and Aajaylah made sure I left with everything I needed plus a cute welcome packet. They were all so kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited for me it made the whole process feel special. I’m crossing my fingers my application gets approved because I can already tell this is going to be an amazing place to live. The apartments and grounds are stunning, but the staff is what really sold me! Can’t wait to call The Bentley home ❤️

I’ve almost reached the end of my lease & I'm counting down the days! When we moved in, the apartment wasn’t clean, the refrigerator filter wasn’t changed, & we had no internet. After requesting maintenance for the fridge, we were told that is our responsibility to replace it & that filters run about $40-$50! It took 2 months battling with the community manager Jessica & assistant manager Amy, and many visits from Spectrum technicians to get them to listen to us & have a router installed for working internet! I’ve also needed emergency maintenance twice now, in which the maintenance techs are always rude, do not understand me, are scared of any pets & won’t enter the apartment, & take several hours to arrive for an overflowing toilet because they live in Saint Cloud. So glad I moved here! The staff is amazing, neighbors are great, and the location is perfect. Ana(my leasing agent) was great, and very helpful. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities are amazing. I’m usually wary of new builds because the walls tend to be very thin. I haven’t heard anything major yet. This property is so much better than my previous apartment complex/community. I see myself here for a while hopefully.

We’ve been here for about a month now & I can honestly say I truly appreciate how lovely this complex is. The unit is beautiful & the view makes it feel dreamy. I hardly hear my neighbors & I love the walkability of the area. Upon the search, I worked with Melina & she was such a pleasure & very accommodating considering we’ve been looking since Nov & didn’t move in until March. She was lovely throughout & even after moving in ! Nothing but good things to say.

Went on a tour, front staff was very friendly and welcoming. Beautiful grounds and apartments also. The only thing stopping me from applying was the fact that during the tour of two separate units I can hear the upstairs neighbors stomping. They must’ve not built these with enough insulation. You’ll definitely probably hear every move your neighbor makes if you move here. Such a shame for such a nice building.
