i was very nervous to move in based on some of the reviews & this being my first time renting an apartment all on my own but i’ve been here for a month now and have had no issues. the unit is sooo nice and way better than the pictures. i also haven’t had any issues with pests (thank god) joel was my leasing agent and he was so helpful & friendly, he also made sure i got a fully updated unit and i’m very thankful for him. i also haven’t had any issues with the community so far. i love the keyless entry for the front doors and the smarthome system we have in our units. i’m so excited for my year here! UPDATE: I wrote this review before the new management took over. Now after being under this new management I have new things to say…the new staff in the office are very rude and immature. They

The rent here is affordable, but if you expect things to be completed with in 3 business days, do not apply here. Mamagement is always changing, currently RPM is managing, they seem to be always on top of their game, but here it is different not sure if its because of the size and the short staff, but work orders take a long time to be completed. I used to work as a leasing agent for 2 years and some things I learned is to familiarize with the property and the people that live there. Here, the staff (resident svcs) seem to not know whats going on and I have met people that have left because their issues were never resolved/felt unheard. Another issue is when you are trying to contact the resident services a leasing agent will answer then transfer you, which sometimes res.svc do not answer

I just moved in here 6 days literally and I completely regret it. Definitely going to be finding a legal way to get out of my lease early. My ceiling has been leaking ever since I moved in and absolutely NO ONE has been there to fix it after I’ve put in MULTIPLE maintenance request and physically went up there. I have NO hot water, which I also told them was an issue. Still not fixed. My patio door is also BROKEN as well and still no one has came to fix anything. I’ve been patient and kind as possible but I’m getting fed up. Absolutely terrible apartments and terrible service. Don’t move here.

DO NOT sign a lease here. I've lived here two months and had nothing but problems. My apartment wasn't ready the day I was supposed to move in. And when I did move in no one did a walk through with me, I couldn't even view the apartment before, the place was disgusting (see down below). Last tenants dishes were still in the dishwasher and cabinets, there was used qtips in the drawers and closet, the toilet was disgusting, my ac didn't work, the code on my door didn't work so I had to leave my door unlocked for two days. And now to top it off, my car got towed even tho it's fully registered and i called and told them that I'm waiting for my Registration sticker to come in the mail but because they forgot to send it to the towing company that my car was fine, it's my fault and i had to pay a

Worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in . From the beginning there was always issues with my units and management. This place has gonna through so many management changes and it gets worse every time. The most recent issue was for renewing tenants if you went to the office on 5/22/24 from 5:30-7:30 to renew your lease they offered a free month of rent. I literally begged my job to leave early went to renew and now they’re saying that never happened. I PROVIDED PROOF. And then their answer changed to “ we’re not responsible “ for what other office members say. The only reason I renewed was for the free month as I cannot afford to move. So you’re saying a member of the office provided FALSE ADVERTISEMENT to keep tenants ? In my current unit, and previous unit with the same complex, since
