If you’re in very need of a place make this your last resort. They’re major issues on this property first starting with the water. If you’re not on a fixed water rate prior to the year 2020 I believe, then you are being billed per use of the entire buildings water usage and spilt between the amount of people on the lease per building. So if you’re a family of 2 and your neighbor is a family of 6-7 then you will end up paying for their usage as well. Water and sewage alone was almost $200 alone not including the other additional costs like paying for the electricity in the breezeway. Moving on to the mold . Would not recommend this place if you’re single and/or BLACK! Not community friendly unless you’re Hispanic. Upon applying they immediately gave me a quote to move into a specific area of the complex. Once I moved in I realized this was purposeful for them to keep me in the back and near the dumpster that’s always overflowing. They charge you for trash that they never get on time. I’ve called several days in a row to complain about the issue and each time they say theyll send someone out and it’ll still be another week with the same bag of trash. Pro: The staff and management in the Cleaning crew are very friendly and they maintain the environment. The Lake view is beautiful attached with the fountain in the center of the lake. Additionally, I like the wildlife like the fish, the turtles and the beautiful ducks. Con: The residence the/tenants they don’t respect the environment. There’s trash and littering.
