The Benjamin at Landover Hills

I think we can safely say its poorly managed ask any resident you will see. This year's snowfall is a clear example. Not only did they fail to shovel all of the snow or remove it they actually put snow in front of people's cars in empty parking spots did not clean out the handicap parking and some spots where cars weren't parked they didn't even plow the snow when there was nothing in the way of preventing them. Making it even more limited parking spots and then when residents shovel out the snow that was piled in front of their cars by management and try to hold on to the spot that they cleared management sends a letter to complain that if they find anything place in the parking spots they will throw it in the trash. This was my first apartment, I’ve always lived in a house. So when we first got it things was okay. The neighbors was always loud but I could deal with that. But then they started throwing fish heads and bodies over the balcony. Next came them throwing mice caught in traps over. Mind you we live on the bottom level with our own door (entrance).. We notified the leasing office nothing was done.. Next came the flooring, it was shifting sent maintenance request out a few times. They would come and say the supervisor had to come see it. Then in March (2025) we had a baby so we was stuck because of course I lease was up and couldn’t move at that time.. The air conditioning didn’t work all summer had my baby throwing up from the heat. They came and fixed it 3 times only for it to work a few day
