Great place to watch 4th of July fireworks. XPO Center Hyatt House Hotel - The River Room - Dot 9 The Combine Would definitely consider renting a room at Hyatt place next year on the river side and attending the concert and event hosted at “The Bend” next year.

Fabulous hotel! Beautiful rooms. Spacious, clean and top notch. The River Room on the 9th floor is phenomenal. What a view. The river view of the Mighty Mississippi is exceptional. Amazing food, classy ambiance and great staff. Highly recommend!

New development of some great riverfront property used for years as Manufacturer of International Harvester Combines. Future of The Hyatt Place Hyatt House. The name signals the bend in the Mighty Mississippi River bends and runs West for a short stretch. Historical sites are all over this area as the Native American, many early American settlers, river, railroad, farming implement manufacturing and more have graced the area. A large military island and several lock and dams are also here with beautiful views at sunset and sunrise. Heritage is given in many towns to early settlers, a Blackhawk Indian museum, state and very good county parks exist also. Shopping Isabel Bloom shops, John Deere store or hitting authentic food places of every nation are also available. And more.....

Has insane potential. I say add top golf. And Add a decent sandwich shop with river views. Excellent Hyatt property.
