My honest review after living here for half a year is that it’s Section 8 housing, surprise surprise. It’s not the Ritz Carlton, but as long as you pay your rent, mind your business, and stay in your lane, you’ll be able to live peacefully. Yes, it’s a matter of luck who you end up living next to, but if it’s a problem, all it takes is a simple walk to the leasing office to remedy the situation. They don’t play around. The only thing I can really complain about is that tenants love to leave garbage all over the property. It’s beyond insensitive. I don’t want to come home to garbage and wrappers in the parking lot of my block. Everyone in the leasing office is pleasant, as long as you don’t cop an attitude with the staff and do what is asked. If you want pest in your home after living there for less than 7 months I advice not living there If you want bedbugs or roaches I’d advise not doin that as well. Than to top it off they still want to say pay rent when you have to uproot everything & it’s not your fault. I think not. I’ve lived in the low of the lows but this is the WORST. Only thing I will say is yes there good for working with you getting you in there but if you want pests don’t move in. They don’t tell you the apartments have that till after the fact. And to have restart & leave tons behind NOPE. This is very tragic!

That lady is a government SLUMlord. She messes with people of color just to toy wit them. But let’s the meth heads run free. She’s never in the office but calls to get cars towed from home with a 1 hour notice and the car had a visitor parking pass. I’ve filed a complaint with HUD and she also will be taken to civil court soon hopefully she’s in the office when they serve her her papers lol

They use people with government assistance,and there is noone to monitor wat they do so they profit and do wat ever they want abusing people at the government s expence abusing tax dollars and noone stops it. They literally do whatever they want to these people and profit off tax dollars it is sickening. This comment will not be the end of what is going on here it has been going on for more than 20 years it's about to come to an end people are about to lose their jobs which I do not want to happen but do better and quit using people that are in hard times for your advantage

I lived here in my early 20's . Now I live here again I'm 57 I have never had a problem living in this low income housing.
