Melissa is the one that is the worse. Cold, rude, and dirty mouth. Beware. Do not rent here. If you come home after 6pm, there are absolutely no parking spaces. None. The people that live above you, if they are loud after 2-3am, management does nothing about it. They have dangerous dogs living no on the property. A German Shepard currently lives in Apt 120 in building 405, will bark, lunge at you and pin you against the wall including your visitors, while the owner stands there holding the leash barely in control. When we moved here almost 4 years we have gone through a couple changes as far as management but survived. I absolutely love the apartment, it is PERFECT for a Senior couple like us that love the separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything i was looking for. Good Day! My washing machine had a issue and needed a part that had to be ordered. During the time Melisa and Brandy graciously provided another machine until the part came in. Lee did a magnificent job getting my washing machine up and running. We are very appreciative of the whole team. Thank you all!!!

This was the single floor apartment with a walk in shower that I needed after a car accident incapacitated me, 2 years ago. Brandy and her staff worked with my daughter and with me to make my rehabilitation possible. I enjoyed my time there with the exception of a very icey winter, I felt safe.

DO NOT RENT HERE UPDATE: I posted my initial review out of genuine concern for the health and safety of future renters and pets as I was subjected to a mold and mildew infested apartment. HOWEVER, After receiving a ridiculous demand letter, a response from The Bend that constitutes liable, and having my review removed twice, I will be filing suit against The Bend for every penny the law allows. It has been approximately a week since I moved out, and the bacteria has come to the surface of my skin, The infection is leaving, and my breathing is much improved. My little dog Lu is also making a dramatic recovery. Her coat is turning white again. Moving into my new apartment, everything was damp from all the moisture in the air. Even furniture.
